Founder Titilola (Titi) Akinro arrived in Canada as an immigrant with big dreams of homeownership — and quickly discovered how confusing, intimidating, and costly the process can be without the right guide. Armed with over a decade of experience in banking and finance, and having lived the newcomer homebuying journey herself, Titi built Propatee to be the resource she wished she had. A business that puts clarity, protection, and cultural awareness at the centre of every interaction.
